Facebook / Meta Lead Ads

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram using Meta's Lead Ads product. If you submit your information through a Meta Lead Ad, that data is transferred to us and used in the same way as information collected directly on this site — to respond to your event inquiry.

We also use Facebook's Conversion API to measure ad performance for our own marketing campaigns; this sends anonymized event data (such as page visits and quote submissions) from our server to Facebook only after you've accepted our cookie banner.

Meta's own data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. We process lead data only for the purpose stated in the ad (booking entertainment services) and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Cookies and Tracking

We use Facebook's Conversion API to measure ad performance and track conversions on this site. Specifically, our server sends two event types to Facebook — page views (each page load) and quote form submissions. These events are sent server-side from our infrastructure; we do not load any browser-side Meta Pixel (no fbq.js or cookies placed by Facebook on your device for this purpose).

Before any tracking occurs, we show you a cookie consent banner asking you to Accept or Decline. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under tracking_consent. If you decline, no events are sent to Facebook. If you accept, page views and quote submissions will be reported until you change your choice.

You can opt out of Meta ad tracking via your Facebook ad preferences, and you can clear your tracking_consent entry at any time to revisit your choice.

Data Retention

We retain your contact and booking information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill your event inquiry, manage your booking, or comply with legal obligations. Inquiry records that do not result in a booking are typically removed after 24 months.
